Our state of the art virtual court solution provides a secure video conference between judge, jail, attorney and other needed parties allowing the judge to hold the hearing from their office, chambers, or another court location. Judge, Prosecutor, Defense Attorney, and Inmate are able to participate in a collaborative environment allowing each party to electronically sign and print documents in their respective locations. Hearings can be electronically recorded and kept based on the required retention schedule or an indefinite period of time. Although this product is part of the anywhereWARRANT suite, it is available independently and can be integrated with many RMS, JMS, and Case Management systems.
